Three things worth knowing. First, the charter: be specific, be kind to people and honest about work, and credit voices. Second, moderation: a safety layer screens posts when they are submitted. Severe things are blocked outright, ambiguous things wait for human review, and criticism is always allowed, including criticism of us. If your post says it is held for review, that is the system being careful, not a rejection. Third, anything written by us carries this Team profile, so you always know when the house is talking.
